At CardVault by Tom Brady, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of every collectible. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, tamper-evident packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CardVault account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your item in its original protective sleeve and shipping box to ensure it maintains its graded condition during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
